Every velvet set is cut relaxed through the body, so there is no size to choose. Ember and Twine have elasticated waists. Not sure? WhatsApp us your usual size and we will tell you honestly.

Will it fit me?

Every velvet set is one size, cut relaxed through the body. Regent and Starlit are drawn in only at the waist detail, and Ember and Twine have elasticated waists. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us your usual size and we will tell you honestly. And if it does not fit, your first exchange is free.

How warm is the velvet?

It has a dense, soft pile with a low sheen. Warm without being bulky, made for winter evenings, dawats and cold drives home.

What if I don't like it?

Message us within 30 days of delivery. We send the replacement and the rider takes the old piece back in the same visit, so there is no courier office to visit. Your first exchange is free, Rs 300 after that. The piece needs to be unworn with tags on.

How long does delivery take?

Rawalpindi and Islamabad: 1 to 2 working days. Every other city: 3 to 5 working days. Delivery is free across Pakistan. Weekend and holiday orders go out the next working day.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver. If you pay online with JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer instead, you save an extra 5%.

How does the discount work?

Add any two pieces and 10% comes off automatically in your cart. Add three and it is 15%. You can mix any styles and colours. No code needed.
