How it works:

• We send out the piece you want instead
• The rider hands you the new piece and takes the old one in the same visit
• Nothing to pay, and no trip to a courier office

Your first exchange is free. After that, the doorstep swap stays available at Rs. 300 per exchange.

Please hand back the same piece, unworn and with its tags on. We check every returned item. If it comes back worn, without tags, or isn't the original piece, we'll send it back to you and the exchange won't go through.

Would you rather have your money back? Post the piece back to us and we'll refund you in full once it reaches us. Return postage is yours on refunds. The doorstep swap is for exchanges only.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's our mistake and we'll fix it.
